With options for virtual and in-person consultations, along with interactive sleep logs and customized individual sleep plans, our pricing is designed to accommodate a variety of budgets.
Package Details
Newborn Sleep Foundation Package ($125)
–For the 0 – 4 month old, this package includes a 1 hour virtual consult reviewing healthy sleep foundations, optimal sleep environment, soothing techniques, preparation for the 4 month sleep regression and more. Follow up email recapping the consultation.
Infant Package ($400), with additional support available at an extra cost.
–For the 5 month-14 month old, this package includes a consultation, thorough review of assessment form, customized sleep plan for your family’s needs, interactive sleep log and daily support for two weeks following the sleep plan implementation.
Toddler Package ($400), with additional support available at an extra cost.
–For the 15month-5 year old, this package includes a consultation, thorough review of assessment form, customized sleep plan for your family’s needs, interactive sleep log and daily support for two weeks following the sleep plan implementation.
The Ask Me Anything 30 minute phone call is also available for $70.
